Parenting Under Stress

Parenting Under Stress helps counselors, parenting educators, and group leaders teach positive parenting techniques to parents who are under stress. Organized in 12 sessions, the curriculum for Parenting Under Stress helps at-risk parents learn about their parenting style, understand the stresses that affect them, and make choices about how they can improve their parenting in the future.
